To initiate a return within the 7-day window, please adhere to the following guidelines:

A. Record a video while opening the parcel to facilitate any claims. Claims without a video will not be entertained.

B. The product must be unused.

C. The product must be in a neat and clean condition.

D. The product must be in its original packaging (with the same wrapper/box).

To avail the 7-day return policy, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving the returned product, we thoroughly inspect it and communicate the approval or rejection of the return claim via email, message, or WhatsApp.

Honored Claim:

If your return claim is approved, we will process the refund, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your credit card, bank account, Easypaisa/Mobicash, or any other payment method within 24-48 hours.

Delay in Refunds (if any):

Refund Criteria for Sale Items:

Our return policy applies only to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, we do not entertain return claims for sale-priced items.

Shipping:

To return your product, mail it to the shipper's address, which is clearly mentioned on each parcel you received.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning/sending the purchased product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that in the case of a return claim, we will deduct our courier charges and refund the remaining amount via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or Mobicash.
