At , we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience with our 7-day hassle-free return policy. Please be aware that we cannot entertain any claims beyond the specified 7-day return period.

To initiate a return within the 7-day window, please adhere to the following guidelines:

A. Record a video while opening the parcel to facilitate any claims. Claims without a video will not be entertained.

B. The product must be unused.

C. The product must be in a neat and clean condition.

D. The product must be in its original packaging (with the same wrapper/box).

To avail the 7-day return policy, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving the returned product, we thoroughly inspect it and communicate the approval or rejection of the return claim via email, message, or WhatsApp.

Honored Claim:

If your return claim is approved, we will process the refund, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your credit card, bank account, Easypaisa/Mobicash, or any other payment method within 24-48 hours.

Delay in Refunds (if any):

If your claim is approved but you haven't received a notification about the refund, please follow these steps before reaching out to us:

1. Check your bank account statement.

2. Contact the helpline of your credit card provider/bank.

3. Review your phone messages for any communication from Easypaisa/Mobicash regarding fund receipt.

Refund Criteria for Sale Items:

Our return policy applies only to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, we do not entertain return claims for sale-priced items.

Shipping:

To return your product, mail it to the shipper's address, which is clearly mentioned on each parcel you received.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning/sending the purchased product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that in the case of a return claim, we will deduct our courier charges and refund the remaining amount via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or Mobicash.

For products valued over Rs. 5000/-, ensure you use a trackable courier service or opt for product shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item; this responsibility lies entirely with the chosen shipping company.
